Ingredients
- Wooden Spoon
- Clean Linen
- … patience
Instructions
- Uncover, stir with a wooden spoon (~5 minutes) or until it’s a thick smooth pancake batter again.
- Recover with clean linen.
- Set aside another 24 hours.
It’s definitely getting that good sour aroma but it’s not quite there. I’m suspecting by tomorrow we should be good to go. However it does take a good 5-7 days. As you can see a lot less bubbles than the previous days.
Now from the time I stuck the spoon in to the time it was creamy from stirring was maybe a minute, if that. That’s also another indicator that it’s close to being ready.
One more stir and Sally’s ready to go back to bed…
