I received this in part of my health insurance “Hey it’s the holiday season where the weight gets packed on the most” let me depress you email. LOL Nah they mean well as it’s true. Most people tend to put on a few pounds (or more) over the holiday season. We’re so busy with the holidays, cooking, gathering, parties, presents (remember I like pigs and kitchen porn!) and more food.

Candy and Chocolates
Heavy Creams and Stuffed Stuff…
and that’s just the first course! *wink*
However what I did find really, REALLY cool was this graphic on how to measure when you can’t find your measuring cups (HINT HINT Mr. Fantabulous.. I am MISSING MY 1/4 cup measuring cup. Please tell me you did not use it in the garage… again!) LOL
Now you know me, I had to test it out. It’s pretty accurate. Now I wouldn’t suggest using this route for baking as that’s pretty precise. However in cooking.. throw caution to the wind and use your hands!
