- 8 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped into small pieces
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon coarse salt
- In a bowl add in the eggs, mustard, mayo, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently to combine. Adjust seasonings if needed.
- Cover and chill for 30 minutes.
