Make your own Celery Salt

- 3 tablespoon celery seed
- 6 tablespoon table salt
- 1/2 teaspoon uncooked white rice
- Grind the celery seeds as finely as possible. Place in an electric spice grinder and grind to a fine powder.
- Place the salt into the grinder and process for 10 seconds to mix.
- Place the uncooked rice in the bottom of a glass jar. The rice will absorb any moisture and prevent the celery salt from clumping.
- Pour the spice mixture on top.
- Cover and store in a dry, dark place.
