Protein Packed Peanut Butter Graham Chocolate Dream Cups

- 2 bananas, cut into 1” slices and frozen
- 1/3 cup Syntrax Matrix Peanut Butter Protein Powder
- 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 1/2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 6 honey graham crackers, roughly broken up
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter, melted
- 10–12 tablespoon dark chocolate sauce, melted
- In a blender add the bananas, 3/4 cup peanut butter, yogurt, honey and process until creamy and smooth.
- Add in the protein powder and whip until well blended.
- Take 6-8 8 ounce glass jars and pour 1” of the frozen mixture in.
- Top each with a few graham cracker pieces, drizzle on a tablespoon of melted peanut butter and dark chocolate.
- Repeat until the final layer is creamy mixture (you should get 3 layers of creamy mixture). Leave 1/4” space at the top for air and expansion.
- Place the lids on top, close and freeze for 4-6 hours.
- To serve, allow to sit out for 5-10 minutes and enjoy.
