Pumpkin PIe
- 1/4 cup uncooked old fashioned rolled oats
- 1/3 cup skim milk
- 1/4 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup Vanilla Bean Torte protein powder
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/16 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoon pumpkin puree (not pie filling)
Apple Pie
- 1/4 cup uncooked old fashioned rolled oats
- 1/3 cup skim milk
- 1/4 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup Apple Ecstasy protein powder
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon cardamom
- 1/3 cup diced, peeled apples (I like granny smith)
Caramel Apple Pie
- 1/4 cup uncooked old fashioned rolled oats
- 1/3 cup skim milk
- 1/4 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup Apple Ecstasy protein powder
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/3 cup diced, peeled apples (Gala works best)
- 1 tablespoon caramel sauce (not ice cream topping)
Pumpkin PIe
- In a half pint (1 cup) jar, add oats, milk, yogurt, protein powder, brown sugar, cinnamon, ground ginger, nutmeg and cloves.
- Put lid on jar and shake until well combined.
- Remove lid, add pumpkin and stir until mixed throughout.
- Return lid to jar and refrigerate overnight or as long as 2-3 days. Eat chilled.
Apple Pie
- In a half pint (1 cup) jar, add oats, milk, yogurt, protein powder, brown sugar, cinnamon, ground ginger, nutmeg and cardamom.
- Put lid on jar and shake until well combined.
- Remove lid, add apples and stir until mixed throughout.
- Return lid to jar and refrigerate overnight or as long as 2-3 days. Eat chilled or warmed.
