Everything you love about chocolate peanut butter cups but in the most decadent no-bake cheesecake dip form!
Whoever came up with the idea to first pair peanut butter with chocolate, you my friend are a GENIUS! Seriously it’s so decadent and amazing!
I was heading to a Halloween party and needed to take some type of dessert. Now working as much as I do, I didn’t have the time to make something elaborate.
So I looked in my fridge and pantry to figure out something easy to make. I had spied the bag of peanut butter cups next to the jar of peanut butter and I knew I had to go that route.
I’ve made a bajillion no-bake cheesecakes and cheesecake dips so I thought why not pair it all together into one amazing dish?
This honestly could not have been any easier to throw together and I can tell you, this was the hit of that Halloween party. So much so that I had to email everyone afterward to share the recipe.
So whether you’re having some ‘me’ time or you want to indulge with your besties, be sure to include this devilish dip in your festivities!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, unsalted
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup semi-sweet mini chocolate chips

Instructions
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, add brown sugar and butter. Whisk until completely combined and the butter is melted. Bring to a boil, remove from heat. Whisk in the peanut butter and vanilla extract. Set aside to cool completely – about 30 minutes. I put mine in a separate bowl and placed it in the fridge to cool.
- Once the peanut butter mixture is cool, in a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until creamy, ~ 3-4 minutes. On low, add in the peanut butter mixture and mix until combined. Fold in mini chocolate chips and mini peanut butter cups.
- Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator until ready to serve. If chilled, allow to come to room temperature for easier dipping. Serve with pretzels, vanilla wafers, graham crackers… a spoon!
