Happy Sunday and Happy Easter TKW Family! It’s time for another installment of the Weekly Menu to help you out of that same ol’ dinner funk. So full disclosure I had every intention to share my Easter ham recipe that I’ve been making for the last 25 years well enough in advance for you all to make for Easter dinner BUT…
but…
my kitchen is under COMPLETE construction now and I’m pretty much forced to use my pressure cooker, my crock pot and my toaster convection oven. Sure I could have made it in the pressure cooker but then we would run into the whole ‘where would I take the photos of it’? I love you guys but I’m not putting an entire Easter ham in my bedroom near my stark white comforter. I’m a clutz and am pretty much certain that the sauce, the ham and lord knows what else would have ended up on that comforter. So as soon as I have a proper kitchen again I’ll post it. If they can have Christmas in July, I can have Easter in June!
So with that, I’m going to leave you all to your family, your real Easter dinners while I continue on with the demo. I’m thrilled as right now we have a big dump truck parked outside that I can pitch stuff away in. I’m on a HUGE clean out frenzy right now!
