God it is May already? So we didn’t make our goal to have the house in the market by May 1st. *sigh* To be fair it was a really, really aggressive schedule but one can dream. Mr. Fantabulous says June 1st should be no problem but I’m not sure. When I look around all I see is stuff EVERYWHERE. Nothing is put together or finished but I just continue to have faith. So with this week’s edition of the Weekly Menu you’re getting a very tired, very sore TKW. Yesterday we primered for 7.5 hours downstairs and we’re still not done. Today we HAVE to finish the rest of the ceiling and walls in the main room. For those that have been to my house you get why this is not just an ordinary task due to how big the place is. For those of you that haven’t – just one the one room is 2,000 sq ft. It’s a PITA and I’m telling you what folks I’m about 3 steps away from buying a micro house.
But then again not all of my kitchen stuff would fit in one of those tiny houses and lord knows I need my kitchen stuff. And ok fine, I suppose I need room for Mr. Fantabulous. But I told that man that our next house he will not own a hammer or have a single nail. He will be allowed a glue gun and duct tape. Never again will I do one god forsaken DIY remodel job. Hell to the NO! You people who do this for fun or a living – God bless you. Now come to my house and help me, please!
So if you’ll pardon me I need to get back to primering. However I had to make sure I gave you guys my weekly menu. Wish me luck…and say a prayer *wink*.
