These Weekly Menu recipes allow you to get out of that same ol’ recipe rut and try some delicious and easy dishes! This week I highly recommend making the Nettie’s Orange Cranberry Cake, the Gobbler Meatballs with Mashed Potatoes & Gravy, and the Ultimate Roast Beef Tenderloin!
Happy almost Christmas TKW Family! Wasn’t it just June? Like for real folks, the holidays snuck up on me in a big way.
The only saving grace, if you will, is we’re postponing our celebrations until the new year. This year has, needless to say, be a tough one for us.
I’m still recuperating from my hand surgery and Mr. Fantabulous just had yet another surgery last week. 2 of his 3 surgeries were literally repair surgeries to fix what wasn’t fixed prior or was missed in the last surgery.
He’s been through hell and back with this most recent one being the worst for him. Needless to say, the Christmas spirit isn’t present in our house as normal. It’s sad but when he’s in so much pain and can’t enjoy the holiday, I’d rather wait until he’s all better so we can both enjoy it.
So this holiday we’ll just stay at home while I take care of him. The only thing I promised him I’d make was struffoli (Italian honey balls).
Made one of my recipes? Leave a comment on the recipe post!
TKW Family, I have a favor to ask. We all visit blogs looking for delicious items and inspiration. What I find (and you should as well) the MOST USEFUL thing is the comments that people leave. Honest feedback, good or bad but respectful please, on a recipe. You can give suggestions on what you’d tweak or a spin you put on it. Heck or just tell me that you loved it! Like how to make vegan, keto or not use mushrooms. This is how I grow and become better on here and it gives you guys real feedback. The absolute most critical thing you can do for me is to leave a comment on the blog recipe post.
When I look at someone else’s recipe I read the comments as to me, that’s honest feedback. So when you make a recipe of mine or plan on making it, leave a comment on the post. I, and everyone else that goes to my site, truly would appreciate it!
