Happy Monday TKW Family! How was your week? Mine wasn’t too bad though I physically pushed it a bit much. Come Sunday I was done and spent most of the day with ice wrapped around my hand. Tylenol and Ibuprofen were my BFFs, to say the least.
It’s my fault – I overdid it. I wanted to get my seedlings planted. Since I know I have another hand surgery coming up in April I’m trying to get about 6-8 months of work done now so while I’m recovering I’ll still have content for you guys.
Decades of being an Engineer working on the computer as well as being a Chef finally caught up to me and first struck my one hand 4 years ago, now it’s hitting my right hand with a vengeance. Oy!

This is how I grow and become a better Chef. When you give honest feedback on the recipes you’ve made by following the instructions as written, that’s truly appreciated! The most critical thing you can do for me is to comment on the blog recipe post.
