16 ounces of rippled potato chips *I found Costco’s Kettle chips were the best
1 Tablespoon granulated onion
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Neutral cooking spray (like canola, avocado, or grapeseed oil)
Instructions
Preheat the smoker to 250F with a fruit wood pellet. Whisk the garlic and onion seasonings; set aside.
In a heat-safe pan, place half of the chips in a single layer. Lightly spray the chips with neutral cooking spray. Sprinkle on half of the seasoning mixture and half of the Parmesan cheese. Gently toss/mix with your hands to coat.
Add the remaining chips on top, spray, and add the rest of the seasoning and the rest of the cheese. Gently mix to coat.
Cover with foil and place in the preheated smoker for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, remove the foil and smoke for another 30 minutes.
