Ingredients

  • One (1) 21-ounce can of Lucky Leaf Peach Fruit Filling or Topping
  • Two (2) 28-ounce cans of Baked Beans
  • 3/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • Two (2) chipotle peppers in adobo, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Yoder Smokers YS640 to 275F. Fruit pellets work best for this recipe.
  2. While the smoker is heating up, add both cans of baked beans, brown sugar, BBQ sauce, and minced chipotle peppers to a large bowl; mix to combine.
  3. Stir in the Lucky Leaf Peach Fruit Filling or Topping. Transfer the mixture to a heat-safe casserole dish. *You can also use a disposable aluminum pan.
  4. Place the dish on the top rack and smoke for 3 hours. Remove from the smoker and allow it to rest for 20 minutes before serving.
  5. Store all leftovers in an air-tight container in the fridge.
