Elevate your roasted asparagus with creamy Boursin cheese by adding a touch of indulgence that takes it to the next level. It’s a foolproof side dish full of bold flavors and something you’ll want to make again and again!

Ingredients

  • 2.5 pounds asparagus, trimmed
  • 3 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 5.2 oz Boursin Garlic & Fine Herb, room temperature

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375F. Whisk together the olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes; set aside.
  2. Place the asparagus in a single layer in a large-rimmed baking dish/pan Spoon over the oil and herb mixture. Toss the asparagus gently to coat evenly. Put the pan in the oven and bake for 15-25 minutes* or until fork tender. *Thinner stalks will take less time, while fatter ones will take longer.
  3. Remove the pan from the oven and set it to broil. Crumble the Boursin over top of the asparagus, place the pan back into the oven, and broil for a few minutes or until the cheese starts to melt barely and has some hints of char.
  4. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
